Professor Liu Yulan is a professor and master's tutor at the School of Cereals, Oils and Food, Henan University of Technology, director of the Department of Oils and Fats, a national registered chemical engineer, director of the Oils and Fats Application Technology Research Institute of Henan University of Technology, and deputy chief engineer of the Design and Research Institute of Henan University of Technology.
