    On March 2, 2017, the launch meeting of the National Key R&D Plan-Intergovernmental International Scientific and Technological Innovation Cooperation Key Project "Cooperative Research on Key Technologies for Authenticity of Important Food Isotopes" was held grandly at Shandong Jinsheng Cereals and Oils Group.     The meeting was chaired by Yuan Xiaomei, director of the China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute. Li Nairan, member of the Standing Committee of the Junan County Party Committee and executive deputy head of the county government, delivered a welcome speech. Subsequently, Vice President Song Quanhou signed project sub-task letters with Jinsheng and Luhua companies respectively, and held the unveiling and awarding ceremony of the "Isotope Authenticity Technology Edible Oil Research Base".     Before the meeting, all leading experts and company colleagues visited Jinsheng's R&D center and production workshop and gave full recognition, especially in terms of safe production processes.

    The launch of this project reflects the industry-wide emphasis on food safety and authenticity. By cooperating with the best scientific research institutions at home and abroad, we will cultivate oil authenticity supervision talents and build a regulatory framework for edible oil products from the aspects of technology, talent, and standards. The isotope supervision technology integrity guarantee system provides an international platform for technical support and cooperation and exchange to solve quality supervision technical problems such as oil and fat food safety and authenticity supervision, optimize the industry's integrity environment, and ensure "trust and safety on the tip of the tongue."
